Solving quadratic equations using the quadratic formula. Leaving answers in surd form or as decimals. Including rearranging equations into the correct form.

The following examples are included in the video:

  • Solve x2 – 4x + 2 = 0, giving answers to 2 decimal places
  • Solve x2 + 8x + 5 = 0, giving answers in surd form
  • Solve 3x = 20 – x2, giving answers to 2 decimal places
